Pennsylvania deer hunting is a challenge! PA has hills, clear cuts, swamps, fields and large tracts of wooded property giving deer the advantage. At Chestnut Hill, we have been managing our hunting property for the past 10 years and have gotten to know some of the patterns and corridors the deer travel so we have positioned blinds and stands accordingly. Our 750 acre private property includes areas of natural oak trees, apple trees , plenty of browse, food plots, and mineral sites. 

We want you to have a successful hunt at Chestnut Hill. With this in mind, we follow the PA Game Commission rules and regulations. Currently a legal buck in PA must have three legal points on one side. We encourage our hunters to kill bucks that have eight legal points or more; however, the choice is yours and we will be happy for your success! We will provide current pictures of the bucks on our property upon your arrival to Chestnut Hill and many customers appreciate our Game Camera Photo Service where you have the opportunity to get monthly updates from July until your arrival for your hunt.
