Hunts are scheduled in one-week increments and are limited to one group. Your group will be the only group hunting during your week. One group per week on our 750 acres full of ATV accessible trails to get to your hunting locations. We encourage you to bring your own machine and also offer shuttle services to and from your stands if you choose that service.

Our trails are best suited for 4-wheelers and stock sided by side machines. Only machines with stock exhaust are permitted. No loud machines and all trails are 10 mph or under. Price includes your stay at our fully furnished hunting camp located at the main entry to our hunting grounds. Camp has one downstairs bedroom with a double bed and two lofts that each have two single beds. Camp has a full kitchen, two restrooms and one shower. 

Price includes one camper site with water, sewer and electric hook up. Hunting property is located within reasonable drive to restaurants, bars, Walmart, gas stations, convenience stores.

We have many existing blinds and stands available for your use and at your own risk. Currently, we have two elevated Banks blinds with propane heaters, two ground level custom blinds with woodstoves, one Elevated Millennium Buck Hut and one Buck Blind, both with propane heaters. 

Additionally we have numerous ladder and hang-on stands available for your use. We welcome you to bring your own stands and blinds as well. Harnesses must be worn in all tree stands and all stands and blinds are hunted at your own risk. 

You are responsible for your own safety while you are our guest at Chestnut Hill. Your first order of business upon check-in will be to sign a waiver. We want you to be safe and your safety is your responsibility and yours alone. Property maps will be provided and we use the Huntwise app and encourage you to download the app so we can share our maps with you.
